Allesandro Apartments offers three completely distinct communities, each with its own unique vibe and character. Whether you’re drawn to cozy charm, modern minimalism, or laid-back greenery, there’s a space here that perfectly matches your lifestyle.
Application Fee $55.00 /per 18+ applicant
● Security Deposit $1,000 – 1 Month’s Rent (refundable)
● First Month’s Rent – Base rent amount (lease holder portion of base rent)
● Pet Fees $50/per pet and/or unit (If pets are allowed, if pet fees applies it is non-refundable)**
● Pet Deposit $500/per pet and/or unit (If pets are allowed, deposit is refundable)***
● Utility Billing Fee $12/one-time at move-in (if applicable, billed by 3rd party)
● Resident Benefits Package INS Only $11.95 (Renter’s insurance; residents may provide proof of qualifying
personal coverage in lieu of enrollment.
● SCEP Fee $2.83
● Positive Pay Reporting Fee $7.50 per month per unit
● Additional Parking Space $50 Fee per additional space
How to Budget Your Monthly Costs
To calculate your estimated monthly cost, simply:
1. Add your Base Rent to the required fees listed above.
2. Choose any Optional Costs that you may wish to add.
3. The total will be your monthly fixed cost.
Note: Some charges vary and are not a fixed amount.
● Credit Card: 2.99% of the total amount per transaction
● Debit Card: $9.99 per transaction
● eCheck: $2.49 per transaction
● Electronic Cash Payments $4.99 per transaction (In-person payments at 7-Eleven: $1,500 max per transaction,
Walgreens/CVS: $2,000 max per transaction, Walmart: $2,999.99 max per transaction)
● Late Fees $50 Flat Fee
● Month to Month Fees 5-10% plus base rent/Month
● Transfer Fee $300-$500/One-time Per Occurrence
● Attorney Fees $150-$1,000/Per Occurrence
● Cleaning and Damage Fees – Varies
● Key Replacement Fee $25/One-time Per Occurrence
● Lock Change $120/One-time Per Occurrence
● Parking Clicker Replacement Fee $35/One-time Per Occurrence
